The girl’s name is Angelica (Lol, Daemon, Angelica, get it?) She’s someone Daemon loves but sacrificed herself for the Vongola and then Daemon went insane because of it.
The people in the cards and in the Vindice are released, Vongola and Simon are forever bound as friends.
Next chapter is the final chapter of the inheritance arc, next chapter onwards is the new arc (but it’s more like inheritance arc part 2, which means Simon will be staying.
